I can’t recommend this cottage highly enough. The location alone is breathtaking. There are views galore - sea and mountains. This part of North Wales has so much to offer and all of it within a 35 minute drive from the cottage. The interior is both modern and cosy with all the needs for a group catered for. There are walks for your four legged friends from the front door and a secure garden.

This was the nicest holiday cottage we’ve ever stayed in! Every conceivable comfort was provided, including a generous welcome pack that provided us with supper on our first night.Gwen, the owner, was so kind and welcoming. Her family have lived there for nearly 120 years, and they’ve been taking in guests for most of this time. Some of her guests have been returning for 60 years, which proves how fabulous it is!The location is just beautiful, with sweeping views across the Irish Sea, mountains and farmland. We went to sleep with beautiful sunsets and the sound of sheep chatting away to each other. The location is excellent as we were close to sweeping beaches, great castles and lots of lovely walks. It is an easy place to use as a base to explore North Wales. The photos don’t do it justice as they predate the renovations done in 2023. Everything is very charming, clean and convenient. We were able to have breakfast overlooking the fields every morning in fluffy white dressing gowns, feeling like royalty! I really can’t recommend Rhiwgoch enough. It was a little peace of heaven and we very much hope to become regulars. Thank you Gwen!
