Situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park in a beautiful location with valley and sea views, these semi-detached barn conversions have been sympathetically converted and restored to retain character and charm. Located on a working farm, it is an ideal holiday base to explore some of the best beaches in Wales and is just 2 miles from the coast. Visit the slate caverns and castle and Portmeirion and Snowdonia are easily accessible. St David’s Royal Golf Course and theatre at Harlech. Local tourist attractions include Harlech Castle, Llanfair Slate Caverns and Portmeirion, while all areas of the Snowdonia National Park are easily accessible. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles. Train station within 2 miles.

This was our second stay in this wonderful cottage, we stayed from the 5th-12th June with our 2 year old. You would never have thought 6 years had past since our last visit! The whole place was immaculate and just as beautiful as we remembered. The views and location are spectular, it was a perfect base to explore North Wales. Our son absolutely loved being on a working farm and had a great time watching the occasional vehicle drive past. Although it's a working farm, we weren't disturbed in the slightest. Heulwen and Emyr couldn't have been more accommodating, and the cottage is very well equipped. It has pretty much everything you could possibly need.We will definitely be back again as we only scratched the surface of what North Wales has to offer.

Beautiful setting, lovely views, a very well equipped and comfortable cottage...very central to visit lots of North Wales...would definitely return, just to wake up and hear the sheep!!! A lovely time had by us all...

What a wonderful place for a holiday. The cottage was beautiful, highly maintained and had everything in it and more that we needed. Our hosts, Emyr and Heulwen were wonderful and nothing was too much bother for them. The cottage is on a working farm but you really wouldn't know this, there was no noise. The outside area was great and would be even better in the summer for eating outside and playing in the enclosed garden. The local area has loads to do, we were grateful for the recommendation to visit the Llanfair children's farm park and slate caverns. Our 3 year old (and us) had a brilliant day out.Overall a fantastic cottage and we would certainly return.
