This is a great place to stay. Everything works as it should - hot water and water pressure, shower, heating, tv, Wi-Fi, white goods etc and very clean. We have lots of cottage holidays in UK and it’s not unusual to have one of the aforementioned not doing its job properly. No designated parking but we managed to park right outside everyday. We had snow several times during our visit and the cottage remained cosy and warm. Tideswell itself is a lovely village . Allow yourself some time to wander about and take in the alleys, back streets and house names. Visit The Lounge, coffee was great . The co-op is well stocked . Lots of places to visit within half an hours drive.

Lovely little cottage in a very pretty village. Comfortable and everything we needed for a weekend break. Log fire was lovely with it snowing outside. Lovely to have fresh flowers and Christmas decorations up. Nice little extras such as toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar. Nice quality bedding and towels. Great communication with the owner. Parking opposite the cottage, very convenient.
