Idyllically situated overlooking the village duck pond, this gorgeously spacious and characterful cottage sits privately within its own sunny walled garden and comes with two boutique en-suite bedrooms and lots of ground floor living space. Perfect for couples seeking a holiday cottage close to the coast and in easy walking distance of a good village pub, trendy café/deli and an enchanting village shop, which is right on the edge of HM The King's Sandringham Estate.
Step inside this comfortable and spacious brick and flint semi-detached cottage and you will feel at home instantly. The large farmhouse-style contemporary dining kitchen is extremely well-equipped and stylish, as is the remainder of the cottage. With a large hallway with wood burning stove, stylish sitting room leading onto a large spacious garden room with lots of light, it was originally the dairy for Pond Farmhouse next door. Now a stylish holiday home, this delightful property has certainly retained its character. What it doesn't do though is skimp on style; and the two bedrooms; which feature a king-size bed and super-king zip and link bed, come with comfortable deep hotel-style mattresses with quality Egyptian cotton linens, soft duvets, plump pillows and fluffy towels to make your stay special and to enhance your relaxation. Two well-appointed en-suite shower rooms make this special homestay complete.
Outside there is off-road parking and a large south facing fully-enclosed rear garden to dine alfresco on warm summer days.

Second time we have stayed at the old diary. Fantastic cottage, great pub and cafe within walking distance. Good walks from the front door and a Short drive to beaches and to Sandringham estate.

A lovely property. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything you could possibly need, very comfortable and a lovely location. The garden room is so relaxing !! We are already planning our return later this year.
