Upon arrival, the scale of the ground floor area becomes immediately apparent, with all rooms being generous in size, yet this does not diminish the comfort on offer. The kitchen, dining room and sitting room all offer numerous spaces to relax, whether it be seated around the wood burning stove to watch a film, at the kitchen island with a book and a brew, or around the dining table for a celebratory meal. The sitting room is adjoined to the garden room, where you have additional seating and a large bi-fold doors that lead you out onto the dining terrace with outdoor seating. Offering four bedrooms and three bathrooms, Fairway provides ample space for you and your loved ones to unwind and relax. Dressed with fine white linens, the comfortable beds promise a restful night's sleep, while the generous bathroom facilities mean that all are well-catered for. From some of the rooms you'll be able to catch views of the coastline, serving as a constant reminder of your holiday. In just a five-minute walk, you can find yourself wandering amidst the sand dunes and beach beyond, perfect for leisurely strolls, searching for fossils or building sandcastles with the family.
Outside, the dining terrace is a superb spot for groups to gather, with the nearby charcoal barbecue being a great option. The decking is also only a short walk from the kitchen, meaning more refined options can also be considered. Below the decking, there is an area of lawn that is surrounded by mature planting, creating a private space that is ideal for children and a dog. For parking, there is a space on the driveway for a vehicle, with additional free parking along Wodehouse Road. Year round, free street parking remains available on Hamilton Road and surrounding streets

We (family of 7 plus dogs) enjoyed a wonderful visit to Old Hunstanton. Fairway was perfect for us - a true home from home, comfortable, well appointed and in a fantastic location 2 mins from the beach! The golfing members of the family loved the proximity to so many golf courses and we all enjoyed a number of wonderful local pubs, cafes and delis. The beach and the sunsets provided stunning walks and family time that made us leave with some very special memories. We hope very much to return and thoroughly recommend!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this house. There were 7 of us including 2 young children and an elderly grandmother. Everything one could want was provided and it was spotless. Would definitely stay again.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay - your house has been perfect for us. There were 8 of us - 3 under 10s. The beach was an easy stroll, and the seal boat trip was an excellent highlight. Lovely meal out at The Lodge. Weather also perfect. You have made everything easy.
