This magnificent detached house is well-equipped to accommodate groups of six. Beautifully curated, Out of Focus boasts three bedrooms; the ground floor master bedroom hosts a king-size bed, and is served by an en-suite shower room; twin beds, that can be made into a super-king size bed on request, are offered by bedroom two, which is served by an en-suite bathroom; with upstairs bedroom three styled to provide twin beds. The ground floor bedrooms have a desk for any guests who need to work from home or study. The generous proportions of the first floor living environment comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining area, sitting room and a delightful oak sun room with access to a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen area has everything guests need to cater at home. At the social heart of the house, the dining table seats six guests, and the ample comfortable seating in the sitting area is perfect for nestling into after a day spent exploring. For quieter moments, the sun room is a tranquil space to read a book as natural light spills in. The fabulous addition of the balcony makes a stay here a truly relaxing and restorative experience.
Enjoy panoramic countryside views, dramatic, rolling skies with honking skeins of geese in the autumn and winter months, and the colourfully spectacular sunsets. Outside, the courtyard garden is fully enclosed, making it a safe space for dogs to roam, with the addition of a dog sink for washing off muddy paws! With picnic bench seating and barbecue, this private space is great for dining al fresco. Wetsuits and swimming costumes can be left to dry in under the covered drying space. To the front of the cottage, there is ample parking for up to three cars, as well as access to an app enabled EV charge point.
Out of Focus is within walking distance of two good places to eat; Briarfields Hotel and the acclaimed Titchwell Manor, and a mere five minute drive away is the fabulous The White Horse in Brancaster. Birdwatchers will be in their element with rspb Titchwell within walking distance, NWT Holme Dunes six miles away, and rspb Snettisham a 25 minute drive away. Walkers are well placed for exploring Titchwell Chalk Pit, Barrow Common, Thornham Marshes, Peddars Way, and the North Norfolk Coast Path. Titchwell sits right on the vast and beautiful Norfolk coastline, situated to easily access stunning, Holme-next-the-Sea, Thornham, Brancaster and Burnham Overy Staithe. Just 25 minutes away by car, breathtaking Holkham Hall, deer park, and beach make for a great day out.
