Guests have enjoyed their stays at Pintail, praising its peaceful and picturesque location, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen. The property offers a relaxing atmosphere with lovely views, and amenities like a modern kitchen and bathroom. The proximity to local attractions and the convenience of nearby transport options add to the positive experience.
The property is generally described as clean and tidy, which indicates good cleanliness standards. However, there is no specific mention of exceptional cleanliness to warrant a perfect score.
The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, views of the river, and proximity to local amenities, including a pub, bakery, and train access. It's considered an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.
Guests find the beds and sofas comfortable, and the property peaceful, contributing to a comfortable stay. One mention of a high bed without a stool suggests a slight room for improvement.
The property is well-equipped, but several reviews mention the need for maintenance and replacements, such as a new toaster, kettle, and patio furniture. The coin-operated electric supply is also noted as a drawback.
There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

We had a lovely holiday at Pintail.Kitchen and bathroom are modern and well equipped Beds and sofas are lovely and comfortable.Garden table and picnic table could do with repair/replacement as other reviews Electricity cost less than at home although we did occasionally forget to turn the hot water on.Hubby loved sitting on the jetty and fishing. He caught fish most days, and a glove gave him a fight on one occasion. The White Heron is a lovely pub with excellent food. The bakery on the marina is great for lunch and fresh bread. The Bay Leaf Indian restaurant in the village was great too. I'd suggest reading the reviews before ordering a Chinese takeaway though. The co-op is handy and well stocked. We used the train to go into Norwich and Great Yarmouth, so the car barely moved all week.A truly relaxing week!
