Bure Valley Railway to Wroxham and Aylsham and 8 mile cycle and footpaths are a few minutes walk. Coltishall, ½ mile. Norwich for cathedral, Castle Museum, theatre, and shopping, 8 miles. Lovely peaceful area, plenty of walks locally. Lots of things to do and places to visit.Excellent choice of places to eat out if you want to. A great base if you want to explore the area.

Pippins is a lovely, comfortable and cozy holiday accommodation for three people. It is set in the most beautiful surroundings and ideal if you have a dog. There is a small private and secure garden with patio table and chairs which is a real sun trap. You also have use of the main grounds to walk around which are absolutely beautiful. Dogs must be on a lead due to deer and other animals regularly seen. There are lots of walks directly from Pippins which are stunning. Try the footpath alongside the Bure Valley Railway. Or the village ponds at Great Houtbois, plus many more. It is such a peaceful place with only the sounds of nature to help you relax.

Excellent cottage, very clean. Beds comfortable Well equipped kitchen. Close to pubs and a supermarket in Coltishall. Easy to get to Wroxham.
