There is a great, contemporary kitchen with a breakfast area and a spacious living/dining room which is great for entertaining. It has four bedrooms in total; three bedrooms on the first floor comprising two kingsize rooms, one of which boasts en-suite facilities, and a twin room, together with the family bathroom. On the second floor is a bedroom designed with four single beds, a great space to ‘hang out’ with toys, books, DVDs and games, plus a PlayStation 3 ,and a Playstation 4 (both with 4 controllers and a selection of games) and a 43" Freeview TV.
The property is located in the coastal village of Bacton just 200 yards away from a sandy beach. Popular Bacton Wood is close by for walking, cycling, picnics and bird watching. Great family days out include the outdoor adventure park Bewilderwood at Horning, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, Pettits Animal Park at Reedham and Banham Zoo. Cromer and Sheringham are 12 miles away for traditional seaside attractions, or visit Wroxham, known as the ‘capital of the Broads’, 12 miles away, where you can hire a day boat and explore the waterways. There is also a train station, model village, waterside restaurants, cafés and shops available.
For the gardener, a visit to the 32 acres of garden at the Old Vicarage Gardens at East Ruston is a must. Golfers will enjoy Mundesley and the Royal Cromer golf course. National Trust properties nearby include Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park and Horsey Wind Pump. Visit Horsey Beach between December and February, and you may spot hundreds of grey seals and pups on the beach. Alternatively, visit the historical city of Norwich, with its cathedral, theatres, museums, cobbled streets and an array of shops and cafés. Sea fishing is available nearby. Beach 200 yards. Welcomed to this lovely home with cake and treats for the dog ! Great secure outside space for dogs and humans, beds all comfy, we were a party of 6 but can accommodate up to 10. Very well equipped properly, even has blankets for the dog.Lovely sandy Bacton beech Just over the road . Great central point to wroxham , Cromer, Mundesley etcWill definitely come again

I cannot fault this property, the location to the beach around 250 yards. A Chinese restaurant 5 minutes walk, two excellent cafes within 15 minutes walk. We found two fab pub restaurants close by, the Bluebell and the Lighthouse, dog friendly. A convenience store across the road for essential items.The cottage’s proximity to the Norfolk coastline with great places to visit within 30 to 60 minutes drive.The cottage is amazing, spacious and sleeps at least 10 persons over three floors,Kitchen is well kitted out for home cooking.Two excellent bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.Garden is secure for your furry friends, it is clean and tidy and lots of furniture to enjoy outside dining as well as relaying the sun.Car park at the rear is large enough for 4/5 cars if parked correctly, another bonus for multiple families.A first class stay,

Great location close to a lot of attraction.Thee house was well equipped and great for dogs.Love the the extras such as dog blankets and treats.May well have to book again.
