Absolute gem of a property, so well equipped, everything is thought of. Beds and bedding so comfortable. Very thoughtful provisions left for arrival were gratefully enjoyed. For such a large property amazingly warm. Detailed information book meant that there were no worries. A fabulous conversion of an ancient building was appreciated by young and old in our family, already the grandchildren have told me we must book for next year. I’m sure we will be back.

Just had a lovely stay for a week, family came for weekend. The fire is a must in winter which added to chapel stay. The underfloor heating was needed and a delight, So much to do as there were puzzles, books, games and cards there. We did bring our own games too. Loads to do in surrounding areas and the local pub The Kings Head roast dinner was amazing. Didn’t go to local cafe but will definitely be going back to stay so next time. My only gripe the two frying pans need to be up dated as eggs stuck to them and need more small containers to use for micro wave and bedrooms could do with wardrobes. Nice touch was information book with everything you need to know about chapel and surrounding areas. My two dogs loved the garden and castle. Hoping to come back in summer. Definitely worth every penny, definitely coming back. I give it five stars.
