Was a bit disappointed as photo of gardens showed a green area for dogs what infact was only a paved area, fortunately owner had met us and asked if everything was okay told him I was disappointed as no green area for dogs.He said we could use his 2 acre paddock ,so everything was fine.

Small cottage as described with hot tub, private enclosed garden and parking. The owner personally greeted us and gave helpful tips on where to visit. Good position for visiting Sea Palling and the rest of the coast. Also near to Potter Heigham to explore the Broads by boat. Village pubs are worth visiting especially The Pleasure Boat Inn. The road is fast with no paths so I don't advise walking along in the night unless with a torch and high visibility clothing.

We had a week at Meadow Farm as a base for a holiday on the Broads, walking, boating, eating out, going to the beach etc. The Diary is a lovely unit everything was there and the hot tub was lovely in the evenings. Danny sorted out our only small issue very quickly. It was very chilled out week.
