Lots of road noise from the A66 not a good night sleep from any of the days and definitely not made aware before booking CCTV over looking us 24/7 as well as the owners house because these wood cabins are literally in the back garden but not how it looks on the pictures No dead locks on doors so any one with a spare key or a cloned one could let them self in when your asleep, Building has moved a little so the bath room door was hard to latch, The bed was a nice size but the mattress is hard and thin and the pillows were not grate ither Good things the place was clean, very worm and the one good view out the back of the wood hut, Some free coffee pods and a pod machine was nice, Hottub was nice and seemed clean once we got over haveing a CCTV camera looking at us and the owners 2nd floor windows looking onto us it was ok to use The pub that's close the something unicorn must have just been rated by the locals because the place is dreadful so avoid, Over all I'm not impressed and would not recommend any one to stay here unfortunately,

Chris and Sue, the owners, were super friendly. The views from the decking area are spectacular. The addition of a hot tub is a great bonus. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. We visited Barnard Castle and Highforce which are both really worth seeing. Lots of walks to embrace. We have enjoyed the fresh air and recharged our batteries. Highly recommended accommodation.
