We had a wonderful week at West Lodge, we particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet. Lovely comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and the kitchen is well equipped. A good location for visiting Barnard Castle (Bowes museum), Durham, High Force Waterfall, Beamish Living museum and Raby Castle is only a 10 minute drive away.
