Key box was difficult to open. Seating inside was more style than comfort. Very low and difficult to get out of and not very comfortable or supportive.Blind on bedroom window fell off! Did temporary fix by supporting blind on suitcase with lid raised, otherwise passers by have a clear view into bedroom.Comfortable bed. The local pub, The Anchor, is excellent, great food.

Superb place to stay. Nice and quiet in open countryside but only 20 minutes and you are in Newcastle. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. There has been a lot of thought put into the layout and utilising the building to its full potential.
