About this property

Our beautiful, older style, charming Chalet is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely views from the lounge and bedroom overlooking the main lake. It has a large secluded garden area which is ideal for children and is only a short walk to the complex.

Well behaved dogs are allowed but they must be one of the allowed breeds according to park rules. They must be declared at the time of booking and are charged at £20 per dog. Hirer's must adhere to park rules regarding dogs at all times. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds.

It is £50 deposit to book the chalet and the balance is required 6 weeks before arrival date.

All you need for your stay is provided from bin bags, cling film, foil, cleaning products, tea/coffee/sugar, herbs and spices, oil, vinegar, tea towels, oven gloves, a toilet roll, kitchen roll, hand wash, iron and ironing board and dog bowls.

Selection of dvd’s available and a tv in the bedroom ( no Aireal but suitable to link a games console, or our dvd player )

There's a first aid kit, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector and the boiler and electrics are inspected every year.

This is a great base for exploring the beautiful Scottish Border region together with the picturesque coast and countryside of Northumberland.
