Tucked within a quiet courtyard near the harbour of the fishing village of Seahouses nestles this superb town house, which commands lovely views towards the sea. Part of a small and exclusive development of recently built properties, Belford House at Seahouses boasts a spacious corner plot with sea views. The accommodation is spread across three floors. Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor alongside a fresh and contemporary bathroom. The open plan living space is on the first floor, where a glass door leads to a Juliet balcony from which to enjoy the sea air. A cosy wood burner in the living area is idyllic to snuggle in front of and watch the flames dance after a day out creating memories on the beach. The luxurious master bedroom is on the second floor, where the sea views can also be admired. This room has the comfort of a dressing area and en-suite facilities which include a large shower cubicle. We now have a corporate membership at the ocean village club Seahouses! Guests will still need to pay £9.50 per adult and £5.00 per child (under 2s are free). Guests just need to show booking confirmation at reception.

A fantastic location with amazing sea views from the upper floors.Mostly everything you need is supplied. We struggled with kitchen cupboard space for storing food items but its really a minor gripe.Would also be handy if there was a mop to clean the hard floor areas on the second floor.Parking was a bit difficult at times as we stayed during the peak holiday period & there was a van parked in the bay next to our allocated parking bay, making it tight to get in & out of.But the overall location & comfort of the cottage far out weighs these small gripes.

Second time at Belford House, excellent location. House needs a little tlc , cracked floor tiles in kitchen, scuffed paint on walls, sealant around shower cubicle etc but nothing major.Cleaning wasn't the best, dirty windows and balcony screens. Under cushions on sofa filthy with crumbs and dog chew !!Overall a fantastic stay, would recommend and hopefully return soon.
