Tucked within a quiet courtyard near the harbour of the fishing village of Seahouses nestles this superb town house, which commands lovely views towards the sea. Part of a small and exclusive development of recently built properties, Belford House at Seahouses boasts a spacious corner plot with sea views. The accommodation is spread across three floors. Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor alongside a fresh and contemporary bathroom. The open plan living space is on the first floor, where a glass door leads to a Juliet balcony from which to enjoy the sea air. A cosy wood burner in the living area is idyllic to snuggle in front of and watch the flames dance after a day out creating memories on the beach. The luxurious master bedroom is on the second floor, where the sea views can also be admired. This room has the comfort of a dressing area and en-suite facilities which include a large shower cubicle. We now have a corporate membership at the ocean village club Seahouses! Guests will still need to pay £9.50 per adult and £5.00 per child (under 2s are free). Guests just need to show booking confirmation at reception.

Great property and lovely holiday. Only a few minutes walk to the harbour. Everything was clean and tidy and well kept. Nice ‘welcome pack’ on arrival. We arrived about 3.20pm and the cleaner was just finishing washing the floors. She did warn us that they were slippery and to be careful - but they were lethal for the first 24 hours but improved as the week went on. Just a warning to the aged and infirm!Whilst not a problem for us as we did not intend to do any cooking, the oven did not work and couldn’t set the clock. Also couldn’t get the tv to work in the living room but both bedroom tvs worked fine.Overall would highly recommend and would consider if we stay Seahouses again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Belford House at Seahouses. The house was very well presented, well equipped and clean and tidy. It was the perfect location for all local amenities, and only a short walk from the harbour. Adele the owner was very friendly and welcoming, and was on hand and available if we needed anything. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture too. We will definitely be making a return visit
