Now a contemporary 21st century luxurious place to stay and based in the heart of St Bees. You have a number of excellent pubs and restaurants all within walking distance, the nearest being just across a quiet road. All on the ground floor this excellent property sleeping 3 makes the ideal holiday retreat and if you struggle with stairs its perfect. The living room features a large flat screen smart TV and comfortable furnishings. The open plan living arrangement with high spec kitchen complete with dishwasher is perfect for preparing your meals. The main bedroom features a double bed and excellent quality furnishings whilst the third bed is located in the open plan living room. It also has a high spec shower room with heated towel rail. Being dog friendly its ideal for your pooches too. St Bees is within an area of outstanding natural beauty and this coastal village has so much going for it including arguably the best beach in the County. Beach ¾ mile. Shop 160 yards, pub 50 yards and restaurant 100 yards.

Nice accommodation in a good location right next to the train station and 10 minutes walk to the beach and coastal path.Personally I wouldn't bother with the bed and wardrobe in the living area and replace it with a small dining table and a couple of chairs. Also would have been nice to have a couple more pans and microwave dishes for cooking plus access to turn the central heating down would have been helpful. Lovely friendy owners and the accommodation was nicely decorated to a modern standard.

From our point of view, the fact there was not a proper dining table and chairs was a downside. We are both in our eighties and eating crouched over not good for digestion etc.Otherwise the area was well settled out and obviously money spent on furnishings etc.

What a lovely little cottage. Everything is thought of throughout for your comfort. Could not recommend more. Beach 10 minutes walk from the property. Friendly owners. Gorgeous little village.
