Tigers Rest is a lovely place, such attention to detail by the owners and very clean and cosy. A lovely welcome pack of bread, milk, butter, jam and doggy treats greeted us on our arrival. And later on some chocolate truffles! Would highly recommended it to anyone. A lovely stay in a lovely area!

Wow! A lovely welcome from Angieleigh our Host which was an excellent start to the holiday. There was bread, butter, Jam, biscuits milk and plenty of tea and coffee. A beautiful home, with designer interior, well thought out, the decor in the spacious bedrooms restful and Zen like. Spotlesly clean everywhere. Has everything you need in a home and for a great holiday in the Countryside. Super restaurant 5 minutes stroll. Just acros the road is a public footpath where you can walk your dog weather permitting. We went in December so the weather wasn't conducive for long walks with our Labrador Harry, but can imagine in good weather it would be super. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back again if they will have us!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tigers Rest, it has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.We went with our two dogs, who loved the walks, we did have to buy a torch, has it's pitch black at night (didn't think as live in a town)Would come back again but in the summer to enjoy alfresco dining area and use the BBQ
