With its unbeatable central location, it’s the ideal base for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer—though with its stunning views and inviting spaces, you may be just as tempted to stay in and unwind. The standout feature is undoubtedly the impressive open-plan living space. The lounge, kitchen, and dining area are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, showcasing breathtaking 180° views across the harbour. Sink into one of the comfortable sofas or armchairs and watch boats drift across the water, gaze towards St Mawes, or simply enjoy the ever-changing light dancing on the bay—an idyllic setting to relax and recharge. A stylish breakfast bar sits just behind this space, perfectly placed for enjoying meals with a view. The contemporary kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need, including a double oven with electric hob, full-height fridge freezer, and dishwasher.

Designed with an upside-down layout to make the most of the views, the ground floor offers a practical utility and storage area, a family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC, and a flexible twin bedroom which can be configured as a super king-size bed. On the first floor, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master features a super king-size bed, stunning harbour views, built-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers similar comfort, with twin beds that can be arranged as a king-size, harbour views, built-in storage, and its own en-suite shower room. Both rooms also feature charming window seats—perfect for soaking up the scenery before heading out for the day. The top floor loft provides a fantastic second living space, complete with panoramic views and two high-quality oversized single sofa beds, allowing it to double as an additional sleeping area. From here, step out onto the balcony and enjoy alfresco dining with a view. This floor also includes a further shower room with basin and WC. Please note: the bi-fold doors no longer open—access to the balcony is via the side door.

One car can be parked free of charge on the quay. Additional parking is available a 5-minute walk away at Dell car park (approximately £25 per week per car, payable by phone on arrival). Up to 2 dogs are welcome, subject to age and breed.

Falmouth itself offers a vibrant mix of independent boutiques, well-known high street shops, and an excellent selection of bakeries, pubs, cafés, and restaurants. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely dinner, there’s something for every taste. Beyond the town, Cornwall is easily explored. Falmouth benefits from good bus links and regular trains to Truro. For a more scenic journey, catch the ferry to St Mawes from the quay just outside your door, or take a boat trip along the river to Truro, Flushing, or the Helford.
