Kitchen/diner with Bosch Gourmet combination oven, ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, fireplace inset with an electric burner, dining table to seat four and a blue tooth interactive speaker system. Steep stairs to the attractive living room with armchair, two seater sofa, Internet TV with Freeview, on-demand channels and digital radio as well as tea and coffee making facilities. On the same level is a small, recently refurbished shower room with shower cubicle, electric shower, basin and WC. Steep stairs up to the double bedroom with 5ft king size bed, digital radio and wall fan.

Parking: Vehicular access to property for unloading. Parking available at Harbour car park (daily charge) or at Millpool Car Park, weekly ticket approx. £30.
