Kingsand is a quaint mid-terrace cottage, resting outside the village of Tideford. This all-ground floor property houses a simple elegance, ideal for a family getaway to Cornwall. Upon entering the dwelling, you are welcomed by a brightly decorated open-plan living room, complete with a kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. You will also find two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom with a separate bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The twin beds can be converted into a large double if needed. Note: Property can be booked with Whitsand 998754 and Cawsand 982220, they sleep eight together.
Within this charming village of Tidefod, you will find a traditional pub, a florist, a butcher and a garage. Nearby, is the larger town of Saltash, known as “The Gateway to Cornwall”, where you will find a selection of restaurants, pubs, and shops to explore, in addition to attractions including the Mount Edgcumbe Country Park and the Trematon Castle.

The cottage has everything and more that you could want on your short break or longer stay. The peace and quiet and gentle sounds of cows grazing in the paddock was so relaxing. A great place to unwind !! The hosts Lisa and Felix and little Sassy were a pleasure and I hope I get to stay here again one day.

We were after a break to relax and we definitely did in the peace and tranquility of Kingsand! The property was equipped with everything we needed to have a home from home experience. Massive bonus for us was the enclosed garden for our dog! We will definitely look at returning!
