We had a lovely stay. It's just a 20 min walk to the beach which is great. Everything you need is in the cottage and the hosts are very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Grain Store 2 near Portholland. The property is lovely, gated, and has a dedicated parking space large enough for a family-sized car. You walk through the main garden to reach a beautiful private garden with its own gate, which was particularly handy for us with our dog.We were greeted by a comfortable two-bedroom property, with bunk beds in one room and a main bedroom with a separate en-suite. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the living area was spacious and welcoming. There was also excellent internet connectivity and plenty of DVDs available if you fancy a cosy evening in.The surrounding area is stunning, with beautiful views across the rolling hills. Portholland is within walking distance, although we would highly recommend the 10-minute drive to Porthluney Bay. It is a beautiful beach in front of an amazing castle, with a café and all the amenities you need for a relaxing day out.A lovely property in a beautiful location, and especially well suited to families and those travelling with dogs.Your hosts are amazing, and gave great instructions on what or how things work. Always there if you needed them.Insider hint: read the guest signin book in the basket, it has great ideas.
