Reuben’s is situated in the hamlet of Boreston which lies a short distance from Moreleigh, with amenities including a village inn and good access to the principal South Hams towns of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Totnes. Please note this is a rural property. Roads in the vicinity are often narrow, single track with passing places typical of the region. Totnes is 6 miles away and offers a wide range of activities and pursuits. There is also a main line rail station at Totnes with services to London Paddington. The A38 dual carriageway is approximately 4 miles away and provides good access to the cities of Plymouth and Exeter. Reuben’s is a generously proportioned, detached barn conversion with good high ceilings, exposed stonework, large fireplace with inset wood burner, impressive farmhouse style kitchen with double doors opening onto terrace area, exposed solid wood flooring throughout the living area and well maintained lawned gardens with parking. The property is decorated and furnished to a good standard and is perfect for a family holiday or for friends to get together to celebrate. There are so many places to visit close by including Dartmouth with is castle, marina and many shops. Take a ferry across the river and hop aboard the steam train which takes you to Paignton. Dartmoor is not far, take a walk up the Tors, or stop for a Devon cream tea. There are many golf courses close by, beaches, sailing, nature reserves for bird watching and over 52 miles of glorious coastline where there are some stunning walks. South Hams has many little villages well worth visiting. Beach 9 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Perfect for our family gathering.Lovely owners, very helpful and informative and very quick to answer queries.Just one pub nearby that didn't open lunch times. Had a lovely meal early evening and brilliant service. Short drive to supermarkets, beaches and places of interest. The garden was completely secure for our two dachshunds.Thank you

We went to Reuben as a family group, 2 adults 4 grand parents and 2 children plus dog it was our second visit. The cottage is large and spacious with the 4 on suite shower rooms catering for the needs of the adults and a bath catering for the needs of the small children. The cottage is great for a family visit with a pleasant garden in which to relax or to play games with the kids.The cottage is very well equiped with a huge kitchen and had everything we needed for our stay.We loved the fact it was nestled in a countryside location but within easy reach of Dartmouth and lots of other locations including National Trust properties.The owners were very responsive to our inquiries, so all in all could not fault it.
