Thank you for taking the time to look at our listing. Our aim is to offer you a hassle-free, fun, holiday experience where you can create memories to last a lifetime. Our caravan is family owned - and fully equipped to make your holiday hassle-free and enjoyable! Our caravan is modern, comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space for all of the family to enjoy.

Location: Pitch 240, Holiday Resort Unity, Brean, Somerset.

The caravan is located in a very sought-after plot, which is fully fenced for peace of mind for families with little ones. Located opposite a lush green space, with a beautiful Alder tree in view. It is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute's walk to the arcade and bowlplex, as well as RJ's entertainment venue. It's a 1-2 minute walk to the huge play-park. A 3-4 minute walk to the free fishing lake. A 3-4 minute walk to Swimming, Soft Play, Gym & Brean Leisure Park! Parking is also available at Brean Leisure Park, should you wish to drive, this is a 1 minute drive from the caravan.

- Buy passes from us at a discounted rate (for your whole stay) or purchase “Pay as you Go” from the day after arrival from reception - subject to availability

- Pass Prices: Per night PEAK (school holidays, bank holidays etc.) £10 adults, £7 child, under 5’s FREE. OFF PEAK £9 adults, £6 child, under 5’s FREE.

Parking: There is ample space for two cars to park in front of the Plot. The site does not permit commercial/signwritten vans.

Security Bond: £50 and fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection after checkout - to be refunded within 7 days. Any damage to the caravan will be deducted from this Security Bond. The Security bond is held by UKcaravans4hire. The bond is charged in addition to the holiday price.

****IMPORTANT*** No smoking, no pets to be left unattended in the caravan unless crated. We have never to date had to withhold anyone's security bond and we thank you for helping us to look after our holiday home and keep it in lovely condition for all of our guests.
