We loved staying in The Tack Room and enjoyed being back at Thorney Cottages. It is excellent accommodation and extremely dog friendly. The owners are wonderful and very helpful and welcoming. The Tack Room is cosy, comfortable and atmospheric. Immaculate inside and very well equipped. A great base for simple, peaceful relaxation or exploring beautiful Somerset or further afield. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay. John was very welcoming, and the property was warm & well equipped. The paddock is particularly great for dogs, and was handy for us, especially as one of our dogs is recovering from IVDD.

A lovely little cottage for two. Friendly owners. Great countryside location with beautiful villages around. Nearby Langport has a supermarket for groceries.Nice pubs in the area, such as The Lime Kiln Inn.Visit Montacute House and the village with the cosy Phelips Arms for a good lunch.The beautiful city of Bath is great for walking around and shopping.Lyme Regis on the Jurassic coast is within easy reach.
