Fantastic location, stones throw from the beach and amenities and centrally based to explore other towns. Kids loved the water park and loads of water sport options for all the family. Paignton had a lot to offer and we enjoyed a ferry to Torquay and spent some time in Brixham. Steam train to Dartmouth was lovely and we enjoyed some kayaking there. The accommodation was very nice, modern and clean but it had not been stocked so we had little washing up liquid, had to find some hand wash and had to buy some toilet roll at the start of the holiday. The welcome pack was not left out either so we had to find that. The main bedroom has a window you can open but the other two rooms overlooked a dark alley which the kids didn’t like much as it made the rooms very dark. But overall the apartment was lovely.

Great apartment. Excellent location. No sea view but the sea is at the end of the property and so easy to acces it doesnt matter. Also great to have on site parking.

This was the fifth time I’ve stayed at five Vista Apartments we find it to be perfectly positioned between Goodrington and Paignton both of which are just a short walk away.The cottage is always lovely and clean excellent showers in both bathrooms and very comfortable beds.We stayed here at Christmas this year and found the apartment was kept very warm thanks to the central heating.The main settee in the lounge is a little bit low and I found it hard to get out of having a bad knee, but this is just a very minor point and overall we love the apartment and we’ll probably be back one day
