Lovely apartment, amazingly clean. Sweet touches of flowers, wine & chocolate waiting on our arrival. The apartment had everything we needed & the decor was modern. Well situated for getting out and about. We visited Torquay, Totnes, Brixham & Salcombe. We found on street parking right outside but imagine could get busy in the summer. Would highly recommend this apartment & the dogs staying free was an added bonus.

Little Matthews was a lovely apartment for out holiday. It was very easy to locate and the area itself was reasonably quiet. The apartment is very well decorated and is stunning. It had everything you needed and it was very homely and comfortable. We stayed here with out dog and it it well equipped if you are taking your fury friend. Couldn't of asked for anything else, it was perfect.
