What a lovely apartment very clean well equipped. We stayed over Xmas had a beautiful welcome pack which had 2 bottles of prosecco some mince pies a stolen cake coffee etc there was a pint of milk in the fridge the WiFi code was in the welcome email (this is an owner who reads the feedback and acts on it well done Simon) the apartment offers everything you need towels bedding loo rolls washing up liquid etc. for us the only thing missing was a clock but having said that you will probably find one there in the near future. Parking was no problem managed to park right outside the gate every time. There are 4-5 steps and a little slope to get to the apartment but there is a sturdy hand rail if needed. I loved the little seating area by the front door even in the mids of winter it was sheltered and I sat out there quite a bit. We had a lovers stay and would definitely book this apartment again.

Lovely apartment, amazingly clean. Sweet touches of flowers, wine & chocolate waiting on our arrival. The apartment had everything we needed & the decor was modern. Well situated for getting out and about. We visited Torquay, Totnes, Brixham & Salcombe. We found on street parking right outside but imagine could get busy in the summer. Would highly recommend this apartment & the dogs staying free was an added bonus.
