Lovely accommodation that maximises the space available, large living room and bedroom, kitchen makes good use of the space and even has a washing machine. TV could do with a full list of Freely channels being available via the guide rather than having to use BBC iPlayer, ITV X, etc to watch the main channels.

Lovely place decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The welcome basket on arrival was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped including air fryer which was great. Only 10/15 min walk into cockington which was lovely for walks and food at the drum inn. In a great location to walk into Torquay and short drives to Kent caves, babbacombe and walks and castle ruins. Parking was ideal and always had plenty of space right outside the property. Excellent communication before arrival from Simon.
