We had a lovely stay at The Horsecroft. We met Nicky the host who is welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is well equipped and spacious, we cannot fault a thing. Plenty of parking right outside the front door. Great views across the fields. They kindly let our son and nephew kick a football about in one of the fields, but please ask first. A great place to explore this part of the country as we are NT and EH members and made visits to a couple of places. Oakchurch Farm Stores is worth a visit to get fresh deli foods and award winning ice cream from Scoop. On our last day we had a lovely meal at Castlefields Inn, about 1 mile away. Even though there are two other accommodations and the hosts live nearby nobody got in each other's way and was private. We highly recommend and hope to return.

Just spent an amazing week at horsecroft with my family and large breed dog. Nothing was too much trouble! The house and facilities were excellent and top quality. The beds were so comfortable. The field for the dog made his week! No one wanted to leave and we hope to return and rent all the properties out with more family. Highly recommend.
