Absolutely fantastic 5* Swallow Lodge was just what me and my friend needed while looking to visit Hay on Wye, just a 5 minute drive away. The accommodation was everything we could of wanted and more. Carol had thought of everything you could possibly need for your break away! The welcome hamper was a fantastic touch. The sofa was so comfy (feel like i needed to mention as previous reviews said it wasn't but you literally sank into it). The hot tub was a lovely treat and just what was needed after a relaxing day. The castlefields pub had a lovely menu and staff, the pub/ restaurant is a stones throw away (not that you would know from inside the accommodation as no noise was heard from there). We would highly reccomend Swallow Lodge and would both not hesitate to book to stay there again.Thank you so much.
