This countryside property with crisp and bright interiors is an excellent base for six guests plus two canine companions to explore the Wye Valley National Landscape’s ancient woodlands, quaint market towns and historic attractions. Enjoy the tranquillity of staying in the rural village of Bridstow and take advantage of riverside walking trails from your doorstep. Discover the 12th-century Norman Wilton Castle ruins (1 mile) and take Fido for a run around Ross River Bank Viewpoint Park and Garden (1.5 miles). For a meal out or to pick up some essentials, head into the market town of Ross-on-Wye (2 miles). Wander through the pine forests and ancient oak woodlands of the Forest of Dean (13 miles) and climb the trail to Symonds Yat Rock (9 miles) for far-reaching valley views.
