The cottage was clean and had everything you need, but it wasn’t ’luxurious’ as described in the listing. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and everything looked a bit tired. The location was noisy with a pub opposite, although the coop across the road was handy. What wasn’t mentioned in the listing was that dogs were not allowed upstairs, this is not something our dogs are used to and if we had known we wouldn’t have booked it. Definitely not a dog friendly property despite charging extra to take them with us. Overall we were very disappointed and pleased that we were only there for 2 nights and not a full week
