How to start, what a lovely place to stay. Tracey was brilliant with excellent communication and help when needed.(The last person who left feedback with 1 star ????? Yes the outside could do with a lick of paint but a lot better than most of houses in the road! and yes there were a few weeds so why not do what I did pull them up and put them i bin. There are some very very minor bit's to do in the apartment. I would strongly advise to take no notice of that feedback.)The apartment was spotlessly clean with plenty of good quality towels. Every room has everything you will need ( Kitchen has possibly everything that you have got in your own) . Its a large spacious apartment with good quality beds and seating. Good WIFI speed .The location is brilliant and yes you can see the harbour. The local facilities are everything that any age person would want, lot's of things for children to do and lots of things for older people ( like us we didn't cook once!) Excellent value for money compared to others in Bridlington.Would we recommend and stay again 100%.

The property is a run down terrace in need of complete refurbishment. The entrance has weeds and rubbish and all the carpets are stained. The landing is cluttered with a metal cabinet and vacuum cleaner. The living room and bedrooms are superficially clean and nicely furnished but there are signs of damp on one of the ceilings. All the boxing in of pipes and wires is badly done and not finished. The paintwork is poor. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly when contacted. I have used cottages.com a number or times and cannot believe this is one of your properties. I was fortunate to get is at a good price but there is no way I would pay full price !

Perfect location close to the harbour, beaches, amusements, fun fairs, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation provided all the necessary amenities and was very comfortable. However, the interior decor could benefit from some modernisation or refurbishment but this did not affect our stay in a negative way and would definitely choose to stay here again. The host was great at communicating.
