It overlooks a Site of Special Scientific Interest in the Ribble floodplain, with a wealth of bird life and a bird hide on the Ribble Way. An ideal home for relaxing in and just enjoying your surroundings. The bustling market town of Settle is just 4 miles and offers a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and is home to the famous Settle to Carlisle railway. The most amazing cottage with super views of Yorkshire Dales and Ribble Way. So quiet and peaceful. Everything has been thought of, so well equipped. Nothing too much trouble either when we needed an extension cable for. Mobility Scooter.Will definitely be back again.

Two boots is a jewel of a find, everything is excellent, it is clean comfortable & so relaxing, views are second to none, seeing thie owl most evenings going out to feed it's young, is a great end to a day, sitting out on the decking watching the world go by, with a cuppa or glass of wine, is all you could wish for. Settle is only a short drive away, where you can eat & drink, or just have a wander. Carl & Bev are brilliant hosts, so full of local knowledge, always making time for a friendly chat. A beautiful place for you & your dog to relax.

Fantastic cottage, very spacious and clean. Only downside was having to put my dog on a lead to do her business because of no garden space for her. Friendly hosts with good knowledge of the area.
