Guests say

Curlew Barn is consistently praised for its excellent condition, idyllic setting, and high-quality accommodation. Guests repeatedly commend the cleanliness, comfort, and well-equipped facilities, with many returning for multiple visits. The surrounding walks and proximity to a great pub add to the charm. The thoughtful touches, including a welcome pack, contribute to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Reviewers unanimously highlight the immaculate cleanliness of Curlew Barn, often describing it as spotless and likening it to a brand new house on each visit.

The location is highly praised for its beauty and tranquillity, with stunning walks right from the door and a lovely pub within walking distance. The proximity to Leyburn and other local amenities is also appreciated.

Guests describe the barn as very comfortable and private, with a well-enclosed garden for pets and outdoor seating to enjoy the surroundings. The repeated visits and the desire to return are testaments to the comfort provided.

The facilities are regarded as well-equipped and of high specification. One suggestion for improvement is the addition of an electrical pump for the shower to increase water flow rate, which slightly affects the otherwise perfect score.

The owners' thoughtfulness is frequently mentioned, with generous welcome gifts adding to the guests' experience. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, it is politely noted that such offerings are not guaranteed with every stay.
