Summertree Farm is positioned in a secluded, quiet area just 2 miles from the beautiful, picture postcard village of Thornton-le-Dale in the North York Moors. These two lovely, modern cottages have been converted from original farmyard buildings and date back to the 1940’s. One of the cottages is on the ground floor and sleeps, making them ideal for people with limited mobility.
The other cottage is an upside down cottage sleeping four people with the spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area on the first floor to take advantage of the lovely views. Both cottages are very well-equipped and have a lot of character and charm and can be booked separately or together for larger parties. Summertree Farm provides a perfect base for couples and families looking to explore the beautiful areas around North Yorkshire and the pretty villages dotted around the North Yorkshire Moors, an excellent area for cyclists.

Just not up to the standard as previous cottages we have booked with you.Didnt think the pool would be in the owners garden! Think £10 a hour per person was a bit steep to use it. Annoying things like only 1 toilet roll.Bedroom one of the light bulbs was blown, alright there were a couple of spares in a drawer but surely that should have been checked prior to us going in?
