Fully refurbished in 2023 from top to bottom, the owners have taken care in ensuring that you have a welcoming and memorable stay. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table and dart board. There is a bright, modern, and well-equipped kitchen/dining room with a Juliet balcony providing views along the street and allowing the refreshing sea air into the apartment. The sitting room is cosy and welcoming with sofas around the Smart TV, perfect for unwinding on together after a day of exploring. This lovely property also offers two tasteful bedrooms, a kingsize bed and a twin room and a contemporary bathroom, making this a very comfortable holiday home. Filey Central Two offers a small, enclosed seating area to the rear with benefits from the afternoon sun.
You are mere steps away from the many attractions Filey has to offer, including a variety of tea rooms, pubs, and independent shops, whilst a 5-minute walk brings you to the seafront. Enjoy a stroll along the promenade with its brightly coloured beach huts, ornamental gardens and cafés or build sandcastles on the wonderful, long sandy beach, where you can walk for miles. Close by lies a country park and an animal sanctuary, whilst nearby Flamborough Heritage Coastline is well worth a visit with its high chalk cliffs, packed with nesting sea birds including the comical puffins with their colourful beaks. RSPB Bempton Cliffs should also feature on your holiday itinerary.
The unspoilt rolling hills of The Yorkshire Wolds and The Cleveland Way coastal path offer miles of walking and cycling opportunities. The stately homes of Burton Agnes, Sledmere House and Gardens and Sewerby Hall are close by. You can also explore the coast by car, stopping off to spend a day at Bridlington or head further up the coast to Whitby. The ancient city of York is under an hour away. This holiday home is well placed for an enjoyable stay. Beach 500 yards. Shop, pub, and restaurant 170 yards.

What a fantastic location this studio apartment is and parking, bonus.Home from home, everything you need. Very clean, bedding and towels so fresh - very nice comfy bed. Games room, perfect.We have had a lovely week celebrating Paul’s birthday. The weather could have been better but we have made the most of it.Just love this place, we have booked for two weeks next year!
