French doors lead through to a spacious country-style kitchen/dining area, fully equipped with modern appliances including a washing machine, gas hob, and electric oven.

To the rear, a porch provides a useful space for coats and boots, while outside, a private enclosed patio, just a few yards from the cottage, offers seating and bike storage. The ground floor features a separate toilet for added convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find a kingsize master bedroom with lovely sea views, a twin and a modern shower room.
