Guests say

Guests consistently praise the cottage for its cleanliness, comfort, and peaceful rural setting. The well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches like welcome goodies are appreciated. Its remoteness is ideal for a tranquil retreat, though a vehicle is necessary for local travel and amenities.

Reviewers unanimously commend the cottage's cleanliness, noting it as spotless and well-maintained, indicating top marks for this category.

The location is celebrated for its tranquillity and proximity to wildlife and beaches. However, its remoteness requires a vehicle for basic amenities, slightly lowering the score.

The cottage is consistently described as comfortable and peaceful, suggesting guests find it an excellent place to relax, warranting a high score.

Facilities are well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and good maintenance. The lack of local shops for provisions is noted, but not seen as a significant drawback.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful welcome gifts, such as cake and local cheese. While these are highly valued, it is noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed.

Lovely accommodation, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice touches from the host - cheese and milk in the fridge and chocolate cake. We had a bit of trouble finding the cottage (mainly our error) but it may be useful to include what3words in details.

Lovely cottage. Quite remote being down a long drive and in a remote area but that is what we wanted.
