Prior to the trip, I tried to contact the person in charge, *Personal information removed by Feefo*, to know what wat in the cottage and what not. I gave a specific list of items, like foil or kichenpaper roll, not to overpack, since I have a dissability. Her e-mail doesn't work and the sms only mentioned: 'it is a self catering cottage', so refusing to answer my rather simple question.We arrived in a beautiful decorated cottage with excellent view, you can see it has been loved, but the towels and linnen did not smell fresh, tables were sticky. To our supprise, the little table in front of the window was shiny pollished wood ... after we cleaned it. We should have taken a before and after picture!The towels left other peoples haires (in knots) on my body, after I used it the first time I showered, so we washed all of them, to be shure. We had our suspicion about the bedlinnen, but by that time, I was so tired, I left it as it was. We sms'ed the owners and they minimised the problem and eventualy said they would pick it up with the manager (*Personal information removed by Feefo*, I presume) but no further communication was done.In the lower floors, there is a mouldy smell, which they try to hide with an automated air refrechner. That is to be expected in an older building.
