Yardie View is a well-received cottage, praised for its cleanliness, stunning seaviews, and cosy comfort. Guests appreciate the thoughtful welcome packs and modern amenities, including entertainment options. The location is ideal for coastal walks and exploring the Moray area. While the shower facility has been noted as a slight inconvenience, the overall experience is highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.
The cottage is consistently described as pristine and very clean by guests, indicating a high standard of cleanliness.
The location is greatly appreciated for its seaviews and proximity to coastal walks, though a car is recommended to fully enjoy the surroundings.
The property is noted for its comfortable furnishings and beds, with a cosy living area. However, the dining space is mentioned as slightly squeezed, and the shower facility is challenging for some due to its position under the eaves.
The cottage is equipped with quality fixtures, Netflix, and Alexa for lights control. The garden area and entertainment options are well-received. The shower's low ceiling is a minor issue for some guests.
Guests are delighted with the generous welcome packs and the owner's quick communication. It should be noted that while such gifts are highly appreciated, they are a kind gesture and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Stayed at the cottage with my wife for 3 weeks in November to support a house hunt in the area. What a wonderful location and property to search from. Mark was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. Stand out features of the cottage were the breathtaking views, fast WiFi, log-burning stove and having all the household items you would expect in your own home. Cottage has a good heating system so always toasty warm and a plentiful supply of hot water. It also has Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. This was my first AirB&B experience in UK and it did not disappoint. So much so we didn’t want to leave?! Lovely walking from the cottage and surrounding area, loads of golf courses ;) and local amenities. Thank you for making lasting memories - highly recommended.

The cottage was perfect for us, we had a great week. Thoroughly enjoyed the area. The owners provided us with a very generous welcome pack on arrival and also lots of extras that we would normally have to buy or bring with us. All very much appreciated.Seaview from every window, the sunsets were beautiful. A perfect spot.Lots of walks along the coast for us and our dog.Would highly recommend and would certainly book again.
