This semi-detached property is a fantastic holiday home for families, giving access to all Brodick’s amenities on your doorstep. Shops, bars, restaurants, a play park and beach can all be enjoyed in just a 5-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, guests can relax in the quiet back garden which overlooks fields, or sit in the sun at the front of the house to take in the mountain and sea views. The comfortable living room has mountain views from the large front window, plus patio doors leading to the back garden, bringing in plenty of natural light. The conservatory off the kitchen looks out to the back garden, which is ideal for dining together. On summer evenings, open up the conservatory doors to bring the outside in. With the property being within walking distance to the ferry terminal, it means guests can leave their car on the other side, making Fellview perfect for a quick weekend break or last minute getaway. "Fellview" is a very well equipped, spacious and comfortable house, with everything you could possibly need, including a fine view of Goatfell across the bay. It's only a few minutes' walk from the harbour, the bus station, the big Co-op, and the Douglas Hotel, which serves an excellent bar meal. We were there as a couple, and used the room with the en-suite facilities, but guests using other rooms would need to go downstairs during the night to use the main bathroom. This wouldn't be a problem for most people but it's worth noting if some of the party aren't so mobile. Anyway, we were delighted with the house and would gladly go back there for a future visit, preferably in warmer weather when we could use the conservatory dining room!

This was an exceptional property to stay in, thank you. I spent 28 nights at Fellview and it deepened my appreciation for Arran due to the spectacular view from the front of the house and proximity to everything I needed. The property was a well equipped, clean and comfortable with a log burner in the lounge, a helpfully laid out recently refitted kitchen and cloakroom/shower upstairs and bathroom down. The parking was convenient for the house and the location was in walking distance of everything in central Brodick. Would recommend.
