Golan is a spacious cottage with some great features, including original slate flooring befitting a Welsh Cottage along with a log burner.
Downstairs is open plan with a large living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of space for all the family to enjoy. There’s a spacious enclosed garden for the children or dogs to run around in, whilst the adults sit and relax on the outdoor seating. You are really in the heart of all the Llyn Peninsula has to offer. There’s lakes, coastal paths, fishing, bike trails, Snowdonia National Park and popular tourist towns all within easy reach. Not to mention the beach a few minutes walk away. There are many beaches to explore in the area; you’ll be spoilt for choice. Just down the road you’ll find the blue flag Dinas Dinlle beach, with wonderful views across the bay to Anglesey, Porhdinllaen is also nearby home to the famous Ty Coch Inn, once voted in the top ten best beach bars in the world!
Caernarfon Castlean, an imposing unesco World Heritage site is only a short drive away. You’re within easy reach of Pwllheli, Criccieth and Porthmadog, home to the Welsh Highland Railway. There’s also Glasfryn Park with many activities to be found. With go-karting, archery, crazy golf, and many water sports to name a few. There’s something for all ages in this diverse region and it would certainly be a break to remember; without a doubt you’ll want to return.

Lovely cottage in a great location with decent facilities. Shop/garage just across the main road. Easy access to the beach and within easy reach of most of the Lynx peninsula. One issue we had was dealt with promptly with no problems.

Fantastic accommodation in lovely coastal location. In easy reach of all the attractions in this beautiful part of the Lleyn Peninsula. Golan has a magnificent lawned enclosed garden which is really useful if you’re staying with dogs. The cottage is roomy, spotlessly clean and has a level of equipment/appliances which betters anything we’ve seen before. The nearest shops are a 10 minute drive away but we were aware of this before we booked having stayed in the area previously. The only thing that spoiled our holiday was the inclement weather but you can’t win them all!Thoroughly recommend.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The cottage is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was in a good location to all the places we wanted to visit. And the views of the mountains and sea was stunning (not to mention the sunset!!)
