Morfa Bychan 2.4 miles. Part of a small complex of the owner's three properties, amidst rolling countryside in the quiet Welsh village of Treflys near Tremadog is Garth Morthin The Farmhouse. This idyllic farmhouse showcases wonderful rural views and is ideal for a family or small group of up to six people wanting to enjoy an escape to Welsh countryside, while also being in easy reach of the beach and the magnificent Snowdonia National Park. The property has private off-road parking for two vehicles; enter the property through the charming gate and into the huge conservatory/sun trap that is one of the stand out features of this lovely property, with wonderful slate flooring that continues throughout the ground-floor level of the property, plus plenty of space and seating to relax on whilst looking out onto the garden and your surrounding rural location.
This leads straight into the living/dining room, another great space with beautiful inglenook fireplace containing a woodburning stove to give the space a cosy and homely feel, with a choice of sofas and armchairs to relax on whilst watching your favourite shows on the provided TV, while the dining table seats six and offers the perfect opportunity to dine together as a group and make plans for the coming days. The compact but well-equipped kitchen has all of the appliances and amenities you'll need during your stay to create delicious home-cooked meals, while the dishwasher means you don't need to give washing up a second thought.
The ground floor is completed by a convenient bathroom with freestanding bath and walk-in shower, so you can choose how you want to prepare for each day. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with stunning original wooden beam ceilings, plenty of storage and lovely countryside views, while the sofa bed downstairs is ideal for any additional guests you may have. The second bathroom, a shower room with walk-in shower completes the layout and saves any queuing for the bathroom in the mornings. Outside, the spacious garden has a patio area with table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining in the sunshine, while the two sun loungers are ideal for relaxing and appreciating your incredible surroundings.
