  Anne was very welcoming.

  The cottage met all our basic needs. The views were spectacular, the tranquility wonderful. Cooker - fan oven didn’t appear to be working - but we managed to suss out the rest of the kitchen. Chipped plates always dismays me as they are so cheap to replace. Kitchen scissors & tongs would have been useful. Beds were comfy - there were dog hairs on the upstairs rug, but we knew it was a dog friendly cottage? Bathroom sink tap was a bit soapy and hair in the sink on arrival but that feels nit picky but both these last bits are new to us. We would be happy to return - which I think says a lot.

  We had a lovely stay at Ty Eithin, what a wonderful place to relax. We appreciated the cleaning products, hot drink supplies, Welsh cakes and milk on arrival. The views are incredible, and hearing the waves crashing on the rocks was so therapeutic in an evening. We enjoyed many walks at poppit sands and on the costal path nearby. We loved watching the seals from the costal park along the road too. Cenarth Falls walk was also lovely, we spotted a red squirrel and several trout in the river, with an ice-cream at the end. Thank you for a lovely stay it's a great place to recharge your batteries!

  A truly magnificent spot, the views are what clearly makes this place as well as Anne & spot the dog who are always on hand to offer help & advice but at the same time leave you to get on with it without interruption.

  We experienced a problem with the external door & could not open it so had to use the french doors to get in & out. Reported it to Anne & a locksmith came to fix it the following day, no hassle!.. The cottage is in need of upgrade & some TLC in our opinion but non the less, it’s a comfortable cosy small cottage that had everything we needed. One gripe though - the shower was not hot enough & lacked power flow but that’s just us!.. It certainly wouldn’t deter me booking here again in the future.

  Wow! We loved this holiday home and probably the nicest we have ever stayed in. Everything is well thought out. There was a very thoughtful and kind welcome package and then there’s the views! Amazing. The home is extremely comfortable with hot tub and a sauna. The garden is perfect and secure for the dog. Some lovely walks and towns to visit and everyone is so friendly. We also had fabulous weather. Very relaxing. Definitely going to come back. Thank you for a perfect holiday.
