- Dolwen Beach – The western cove has summer restrictions (dogs not allowed May–Sept, 10am–6pm), but open the rest of the year. In quieter months it's perfect for long sandy runs.
- Tresaith Beach – Just a mile north via the coast path, dogs are allowed on this beach between October and April. It's famous for its waterfall cascading onto the sand.
- Penbryn Beach – A National Trust beach nearby with a dog-friendly western section year-round.
