It is surrounded by woodland, countryside and wildlife, making it the perfect place to stay when looking for rest and relaxation, or a romantic retreat in nature.The two sets of French doors allow light to flood into this spacious lodge and space is not the only surprise in store for guests! This lovely charming cottage boasts its own private sauna next to the shower room, so relax in the warmth on winter afternoons.
The cottage has a separate cosy wooden clad double bedroom with vanity unit. The open plan living area offers a extra double bed accessed by ladder. The kitchen area is fully equipped to make lovely dinners to be enjoyed at the dining table next to the french windows.
Plenty of comfortable seating to chill out and relax.
Step outside and enjoy morning coffee on the private decked area.

The village is in an Area or Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is ideally placed for walks and cycle rides. Chichester, Arundel and even London or the coast are within reach of Linchmere, making it an ideal destination.

The only extras that could have been included would have been a selection of DVDâs for the rainy afternoons. I wasnât aware of the precise details of the television set up else I might have brought a couple. There were a selection of books and puzzles for such an eventuality so I guess there is only so much that can be provided. The location was quiet yet accessible.

A cosy property which was well equipped. Ideal for bringing our dogs with many well marked footpaths straight from the door. Lovely area to explore.

This was as it was advertised a lovely layout and super comfortable bed what it doesn't say is how charming the whole layout was and layout the area, we went for Christmas to just chill out not go anywhere and it was just perfect we couldn't have asked for better the owner checked in on us via text gave us a recommendation for a indian that would deliver just the perfect break thank you so much
