  5 Adults and a well behaved Springer Spaniel have no hesitation in recommending the Old Warehouse at Woodbridge- we had a great week – Don’t hesitate in booking it. The Old Warehouse is exactly as the photos, very well situated for the town, river , station, Co-Op and very comfortable and well equipped. Mary goes out of her way to provide every aspect of information for places to eat, walk, appliances etc and answered any query we had quickly and easily. Don’t worry about the ‘no parking’ at the Warehouse, you can unload outside and an advance permit from Suffolk Council gives you parking for a week at the Station for £10 a car. No problem parking, plenty of room and unless you wish to go further afield, you can park up and leave it for the week. Woodbridge has great pubs, from a casual drink to fine dining and all are welcoming and dog friendly. The town has interesting shops to mooch around the Thoroughfare and Market square, coffee shops, interesting churchyards and of course the river. We walked out to more great pubs for lunch, The Maybush ( a long walk!) the Turks Head, Wilford Bridge and the great and eclectic Unruly Pig- all enjoyable, welcoming and dog friendly. A great destination for a break and a lovely place to stay – Enjoy!

  Thank you Mary for letting us stay in your amazing house. We have all enjoyed being here for the week in glorious weather. The house has everything you need for a holiday stay and its location in Woodbridge is ideal for walking into town or the waterfront. We did so much in our week and ate in some amazing places, we went to Sutton Hoo, Framlingham Castle, the Suffolk Punch Trust, Adnams brewery, Southwold, Aldeburgh. We went to play foot golf at Fynn-valley golf club and did the crazy golf at Ufford (park) golf club. So many places to eat! We chose A Listers (mainly for the cocktails!), the Boathouse (amazing food!), Blue Salt, had Chinese takeaway, fish and chips and I cannot recommend the afternoon tea (or the cocktails!) at the Crown enough, it was outstanding. We would love to come again as there is so much more to see in Woodbridge and the surrounding areas. From the Taylors plus Franks from Milton Keynes

  This property is fabulous. Having 3 beds & baths it's perfect for 3 couples. It has a large living area with large, very comfortable sofas and a large dining table. There are also other a couple of other seating areas if you want to 'escape'. It is immaculately kept and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home. The location is great with lots of nice pubs, restaurants & cafes within 5 walking minutes. (The one thing I'd point out is most of Woodbridge eateries seemed to be closed either Sunday & Monday or Monday & Tuesday.). If you want days out from Woodbridge, the area is full of interesting places. For both local & further afield, the owner has left files & files of recommendations. Equally so on the house itself - there are manuals & help for all the appliances etc. Mary the owner, has really gone above & beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay at The Old Warehouse

  A truly wonderful place to stay! We have fallen in love with The Old Warehouse Spotlessly clean and beautifully well equipped. We enjoyed family table tennis tournaments in the evenings. A very nice touch to hear from the owner, Mary, in the days before we travelled and on our arrival. We loved the Whistlestop Café at the station! Had lunch, cake and breakfast (not at the same time!) tasty and good value. We enjoyed drinks outside at The Crown. Can recommend a meal at The Coach and Horses, a mile down the road. We visited Walberswick dog friendly beach, and great for crabbing. Enjoyed mini golf at Ufford Park Golf Club nearby. Snape Maltings is lovely to walk around. Southwold, Aldeburgh and Orford are favourites of ours. Thank you! We are already planning a return visit to The Old Warehouse.

  We have had a lovely stay at this spacious and comfortable property. Information provided on the area is excellent and we particularly like the huge choice of walks compiled-best we have ever come across! The position, close to the lovely town centre is perfect giving easy access to all the excellent pubs, restaurants and independent shops. We ate at The Cherry, the Anchor, and the Turk's Head (Hasketon)-all excellent and very dog friendly! The Boathouse Kitchen & Bar was recommended but we ran out of time-set in a lovely area, especially for morning coffee! We walked to Sutton Hoo (!) well worth the visit. Also visited Snape Maltings, Dunwich heath (Sunday lunch at the Ship) and Aldeburgh. We had good weather most of the week-a real bonus in March!! Thank you Mary
