The apartment was absolutely spotless and a credit to the lady who looks after the cleaning. It's located in the ideal position to access the high street and it's plethora of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The apartments garage is narrow and accessed at the rear via a one way street, which is busy, and awkward along with holding up all traffic, therefore not recommended. I have a Audi Q5 and this fits but only just, and you stand the possibility of making a mess of your paintwork (scratches) or taking out one of your mirrors, so best avoided, alternatively find a place on the high street or plenty public car parks nearby.

Another lovely break in Aldeburgh! St. John’s Court is right in the heart of the little town with super easy access to all shops and the beach. The property is equipped with a great kitchen and made cooking easy. Enough space for two adults and one teenager that likes to hide away in their bedroom. The great WiFi was a must on this holiday for said teenager ;) We had wonderful and cosy evenings with a book in hand in front of the electric fireplace. Highly recommend to couples or families with one child.

Beautiful immaculate apartment in a great location close to the beach & easy walking distance to shops, cafes & pubs. Comfortable bed & high quality fixtures & fittings. This is a first floor apartment with steep stairs & no lift, so not ideal for people with mobility issues. No on-site parking but if you fall lucky there is free parking a few minutes walk away. A welcome pack would be appreciated! We would return again & recommend the apartment.

Good location,clean and cosy cottage,the welcome pack was very nice. Toilet downstairs should be advised about as difficult for older or less able people.The electrics tripped twice,the toaster is partially broken and the bedroom door only shuts after pulling hard due to sticking on carpet.and the tv upstairs has no signal so redundant,I have noted these in the maintenance book.Without these faults I would have given top marks.

The blinds in the sitting room window do not work. They cannot be lifted down and the main blind cannot be opened or closed. The storage in the double bedroom is woeful. There is just a hanging rail in a cupboard with a four drawer narrow set of drawers. One of the drawers had clothing in it. About half the cupboard was filled with spare duvets, sheets, tea towels and some oven gloves.
