The walk from Bamburgh to the next town, Seahouse is a lovely one. As you wander down the beach, your dog is free to run around to their heart's content. Then once you’re at Seahouses, grab a spot of lunch or a drink at one of the dog-friendly pubs. The Bamburgh Castle Inn is usually a crowd pleaser.
If you fancy exploring a bit of history, then Dunstanburgh Castle is a fantastic place for you and your canine companion to go. Dogs are allowed here, but it's best to keep them on a lead. Some people choose to take a picnic with them, which is excellent if you fancy enjoying a quick snack surrounded by ancient castle walls and rugged towers.
