  This location was ideal for the four of us to explore Pembrokeshire and we have had a super week. However Sycamores is in need of some attention to details CURB APPEAL The main refuse bin was overflowing all week despite this being pointed out to the emergency help line on Friday 28th. Whether someone came to try and tidy we doubt. The driveway is very weedy! WELCOME PACK would be helpful with some basic instructions. Keys: the lock to the front door and balcony are very difficult to operate and need some attention. The Cabin is generally well equipped, clean, and has comfy beds and good bathroom facilities. Helpful additions would be: a bread knife, bin liner bags. Faults: large clock is not working, knob to light be dining table come off when trying to use. FRUSTRATION: trying to find any basic stations on the TV was impossible. We did report this 28/6 only for response the next day to be that there was no aerial connection. Clearly the details about the cottage heralded a wall mounted smart TV: it is surely not too much to expect said TV to work. Because we had Netflix and Prime log-ins we could access them but we tried in vane to get onto BBC Iplayer, ITVX, More 4 & 5 Live.   We had such a lovely stay at Stable Cottage.

  We absolutely loved it. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and peaceful. The downstairs area was open and spacious, with a lovely kitchen, dining and lounge area with open fire (the only addition I would suggest would be some tools for the fire and maybe a fire guard), then upstairs were two lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bed linen, plus a great little ensuite and lovely separate family bathroom, which were all lovely and warm and clean. Everything smelt so clean too, considering this is a dog friendly property. Outside there is a lovely enclosed gravelled courtyard with furniture, much bigger than it looks in the photos. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good enough for us to sit outside, but it was perfect for our two dogs and would be a fantastic outdoor space when the weather is better. Templeton is a lovely little village and so well positioned for exploring all that wonderful Pembrokeshire has to offer, including Narberth, which is only about 5 minutes up the road and has some lovely unique gift shops and quality food shops too. Tim, the owner, was so welcoming and lovely and helpful. We really couldn't recommend highly enough and hope to be back one day soon. Thank you Tim and Julianna for such lovely stays.

  We absolutely loved our 2 week holiday spent at The old Farm Shop in May.

  The property has been converted to a really high standard by the owners and is a credit to them. We found it to be very clean & well kept, with everything you need for your holiday. It has wonderful countryside views over the field to the rear. We booked the property as we were looking for somewhere quiet and away from the hustle and bustle and it looked like it would be peaceful (when I looked on Google earth before booking) …which it was! We loved its location and particularly relaxing there after a long day exploring the area. Luckily the weather was great, so we ate outside on the picnic table most evenings, it was lovely to have the hot tub too! The owners are close by and very helpful, lovely people…they gave us lots of great recommendations for the area, as we weren’t that familiar with Pembrokeshire ….but what an area! there are loads of dog friendly beaches & coastal walks so it was perfect for us.   We had a lovely holiday.

  Weather was mixed but didn’t stop us from getting out and enjoying wonderful scenery. The cottage was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had all the facilities you need. Some minor improvements would help. The stair gate was an excellent idea but the lack of a catch of any sort made it unusable. The washing machine wouldn’t work, and the advertised wood burning stove wasn’t there. That was a shame as it was the deciding factor in choosing stables cottage - so it was disappointing that we hadn’t been told in advance that it had been removed. We had a friendly welcome from the owners and the cottage was perfectly sited very close to a great pub. A good choice for a family holiday.

  Had a short stay in Pembrokeshire which was unfortunately, cut short due to a family bereavement.

  However, the short time we stayed in the cottage, it was perfect. Geraint and Sian were perfect hosts and very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the lovely gifts they left us, ie wine, flowers and home grown tomatoes, what else could a girl wish for. The cottage was exactly as described and we could not fault anything at all. Wish we could have stayed the full week, but we will definitely be back and cannot wait to stay again. Im sure my dad will be looking down on me and encouraging us to explore the beautiful area of Pembrokeshire and Wales. We will be back in the not too distant future, Dorothy and Dennis
